Customer Service Coordinators support our Sales Team by rendering services for managing customer sales orders to meet sales target, inventory planning, forecasting, delivery and feedback. The role calls for understanding customers’ demands, forging mutual beneficial relationships, and coping with changes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

 

Ability to multi-task and handle stress.

Positive working attitude, with a problem solving mentality.

Possess strong ability to organize her work and assure sales orders are closed within dateline.

Cooperate with colleagues from other departments to meet delivery deadline.

Familiarity with MS Office – Word, Excel.
