Sales Manager

This position is designed to make a significant contribution towards the Company’s overall growth needs and targets, with emphasis on South East Asia. This key role will require you to lead and motivate the Company sales team to meet overall sales and profits objectives.


Expected outcomes

o  Manage sales team to meet sales growth and profit objectives set by management.

o  Play a leading role in strengthening key customer relationships, and in customer issue resolutions.

o  Ensure effectiveness of sales team members. 

o  Continuously ensure a strong sales pipeline of new customers and new business.

o  Manage the overall sales management processes, and continuously look for opportunities to improve process efficiency / productivity to meet business targets.

o  Work with management to implement sales related tools and initiatives driven by Group.

o  Work closely with internal teams to provide professional service to satisfy external customers’ needs & requirements.

o  Stay abreast of developments at major customers and decisively step in when customer satisfaction is at risk.

o  Manage enquiries and projects as Key Account Manager for a Global Account.

o  Supervise and manage contract reviews and negotiations with customers.

o  Prepare Monthly Reports to keep management team well informed, with attention to sales, price, margins and cost of service. 


Required Qualifications & Competences

o  Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience and training.

o  Experience in customer account management, track record of success in driving customer growth and consolidation of customers’ C-parts purchase.

o  At least 10 years work experience and 5 years in management position in multinational company.

o  Strong Collaborative Leadership and Influencing Skills.

o  Commercial, strategy development, negotiations skills and project management experience.

o  Good command of Mandarin and English in both writing and oral



o  Achieve sales growth and profit targets for Global Account.

o  Achieve overall growth and profit targets of team.

o  New business implementation.

o  Support implementation of Group’s initiatives.
