Announcement: Kian Soon Mechanical Components Renamed to Bufab Singapore (SEA)

We are pleased to share that, effective 1st June 2025, Kian Soon Mechanical Components Pte Ltd will be officially renamed to Bufab Singapore (SEA) Pte Ltd.

Founded in 1977 as Kian Soon Hardware & Trading Pte Ltd, we have grown from a local hardware store into a respectable regional partner for advanced C-Part solutions and comprehensive supply chain provider.

Since joining the Bufab Group in December 2017, this name change marks a significant milestone in our journey to strengthen our corporate identity. By aligning more closely with the global Bufab family, we would reinforce our position as a true Solutionist to deliver even greater value to our customers.

While our name has changed, the same trusted team remains dedicated to deliver best in class service and values.

Also in harmony with Bufab Singapore, Kian Soon Thailand has also been renamed to Bufab Thailand. The same process will continue to transit Kian Soon’s other legal entities in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines to Bufab by 3Q2025.

These unified changes across Southeast Asia reflect our shared commitment to excellence, global consistency, and sustaining our roots as a Solutionist.
