CEO Jörgen Rosengren unveils new Cleanroom Facility under subsidiary Kian Soon/PureSys Singapore

Singapore, 25th September 2019 – Kian Soon Mechanical Components (Subsidiary of The Bufab Group) unveils their newly built ISO 7 (Class 10k) Cleanroom facility. The new establishment is fully owned by sister company, PureSys, and will provide services to all partners within the Bufab Group.
The Grand Opening was graced by Bufab Group CEO, Jörgen Rosengren, and APAC Director, Mathias Torstensson. Together with, Christopher Png, Managing Director of Kian Soon Mechanical Components, the trio officiated the start-of-operations with a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by a site tour and process showcase of the Cleanroom capabilities.
"Every area of our controlled space has been thoughtfully designed with the goal of both efficiency and versatility, allowing us to run a multitude of production/process configurations based on individual project requirements," said Christopher Png. "This accretion to combine and integrate, greatly elevates both Kian Soon and PureSys’ product offerings, from simple components to intricate and critical process assemblies.”
The new facility is affixed with state-of-the-art monitoring installations and a digitalized process control system to maintain the highest standards of manufacturing practices.
PureSys will certify their premises to the local GMP (Good manufacturing practices) standards at the end of 2019. Process controls in compliance with ISO 13485 (Medical Devices) standards are in the works.
Brian Chan, PureSys Senior Sales Manager, also commented; “We have identified the gap in our services, and with this new addition, we will be able to provide fuller solutions for our customers’ fluid transfer requirements. Providing ready-to-use assemblies will help customers fast track design, limit unwanted product exposure and create a more efficient and controlled process flow in their production stage.”
Through PureSys, Bufab seeks to bring added value to current and future customers, starting from the life science, medical and pharmaceutical industries.
