Our success in our full services solutions for C-parts stems from the strong relationships with our valued Partners and immense support from our Parent Organisation Bufab. Recently, Kian Soon joined 11 other Bufab Sister Companies in the Regions- East & APAC, to discuss Leadership in 2020.
The 3-day conference was held in Budapest and hosted over 80 Key Managers and Regional Heads. Informative lectures, leadership café, workshops and insight driven speeches created a conducive platform for learning and action planning.

Now, not only do I now have a better understanding on Bufab’s Key Projects to Leadership 2020, I also feel a much stronger sense of belonging to the company. Ever since our acquisition in December 2017, we have strived to achieve greater heights and substantiate our value as part of the Bufab Group.
It was a pleasant surprise to be awarded the “All Time High Award” for our achievements in AYE2018. Our Management team were there to receive it together with the Regional Director for Bufab APAC, Mathias Torstensson.
This prestigious award was one of the only 2 awards presented to the APAC group of companies.

Our aim for Leadership 2020 is to be the first choice, and preferred partner, for the global C-parts industry. Kian Soon Mechanical Components is expected to take the lead for the APAC regions. We have since gathered various insights and expended a concise action plan to bring even more value to all our existing customers, and those to come.
